Online Entry for Junior Livestock (4-H/FFA Members only)
1. You must be a County Extension Agent or Agriculture Science Teacher to enter Junior Livestock Show exhibitors. In the top right-hand corner of the Home Screen, click the blue button "Sign In." Log in as the club leader to begin the entry process. In the drop-down menu, select “Club.” From there, a club name drop-down menu will appear, select the club name.  
 
2. Once you have logged in, begin adding exhibitors. Even if the exhibitor has participated at Rodeo Austin in previous years, the exhibitor still needs to be entered as a "new exhibitor."
 
3. When you have completed all entries, print the entry receipt for each exhibitor's entries. You can view your transactions and re-print receipts if necessary.
 
4. You must complete a W-9 form for each exhibitor and submit with entries. W-9 forms may be downloaded at www.RodeoAustin.com.
 
5. In addition to completing the online entry process, the following paperwork must be submitted to Rodeo Austin at ATTN: Competitive Events, 9100 Decker Lake Rd. Austin, TX 78724.
    • Online entry receipt*
    • Check payment
    • W-9 form signed by exhibitor
    • Certificate of Entry Acknowledgement Form signed by exhibitor, parent/guardian, and AST or CEA. All three signatures are required.
 
*The online entry receipt is required. However, if the Entry of Acknowledgement Form has been signed, additional signatures are not required on the online entry receipt. Attach the online entry receipt with the signed Certificate of Entry Acknowledgement Form. The language on both documents is the same. The Certificate of Entry Acknowledgement Form was provided for your convenience in collecting needed exhibitor information. Acquire signatures on whichever form is more convenient for you.
All entry forms must be posted marked on or before December 15th.
 
Online Entry for Ultimate Scramble Championship (4-H/FFA Members only)

Log in as the club leader to begin the entry process. In the drop-down menu, select “Club.” From there, a club name drop-down menu will appear, select the club name.
 
2. Once you have logged in, begin adding exhibitors. Even if the exhibitor has participated at Rodeo Austin in previous years, the exhibitor still needs to be entered as a "new exhibitor."
 
3. Ultimate Scramble Championship is listed under Junior Livestock Department. When you have completed all entries, print the entry receipt for each exhibitor's entries. You can view your transactions and re-print receipts if necessary. Entry receipt must be signed by exhibitor, parent/guardian and CEA/AST. All signatures are required.
 
4. Both the exhibitor and the parent/guardian must also sign the USC Entry Collection Form. The form is provided on the Ultimate Scramble Championship web page at www.RodeoAustin.com.
 
5. In addition to completing the online entry process, the following paperwork must be submitted to Rodeo Austin at ATTN: USC, 9100 Decker Lake Rd. Austin, TX 78724.
        • Online entry receipt signed by exhibitor, parent/guardian, CEA/AST.
        • Check payment
        • USC Entry Collection Form signed by exhibitor and parent/guardian.
Documents must be received within 10 days of online entry submission.
  
Online Entry for ALTERNATES - Ultimate Scramble Championship (4-H/FFA Members only)
1. When all 160 participant spots are taken, the online entry system will no longer be available for regular USC entry. At this point, alternates will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis.
 
2. To enter alternates online, follow the same online entry process as described in the above section, with the exception of mailing in paperwork and payment.
  
3. The call for alternates for Ultimate Scramble Championship is listed under Junior Livestock Department. When you have completed entries, print the entry receipt for each exhibitor's entries. The exhibitor, parent/guardian, and CEA/AST must sign the entry receipt. Keep the signed entry receipt in the event that the exhibitor is chosen to be an alternate.
 
4. DO NOT send in paperwork and payment for alternates unless the alternate is selected to participate in USC. Alternates will be notified if they are selected.
 
Online Entry 4-H Instructional Show Exhibitors
1. To log in as an exhibitor: In the top right-hand corner of the Home Screen, click the blue button "Sign In." Log in as an exhibitor to begin the entry process. Even if you have participated at Rodeo Austin in previous years, enter as a “new exhibitor.”
 
2. Complete the following registration information and click continue at the bottom.
 
2. Once you have logged in, begin adding your entries.
 
3. Print out the entry receipt for your entries and sign the exhibitor signature line.
 
4. You must complete a W-9 form to submit with entry information. W-9 forms may be downloaded at www.RodeoAustin.com.
 
5. Submit payment along with signed entry receipt, W-9 form, Waiver of Liability and necessary registration papers to: Rodeo Austin - Competitive Events Dept., 9100 Decker Lake Rd., Austin, TX 78724.
 All entry forms must be posted marked on or before February 1st.
 
Online Entry for Gold Stirrup Show Exhibitors
1. You must be a club leader to enter Gold Stirrup Show Exhibitors.
To log in as a Club:
 
Please call the Rodeo Austin Office (512)-919-3000 for your club’s log-in information and password.
 
Once you have received your club log-in information and password, go to the top right-hand corner of the Home Screen, click the blue button "Sign In." Log in as a “club” to begin the entry process. In the drop-down menu, select “Club.” From there, a club name drop-down menu will appear, select your club name and enter your password that was given to you by the Rodeo Austin Office.
 
2. Once you have logged in, begin adding your entries.
 
3. Once you have finished adding your entries click submit cart to submit your entries.
 
4. Print the entry receipt to send with the required paperwork.
 
5. You must complete a Gold Stirrup Stall Requirements Form with entry information. This can be downloaded at www.RodeoAustin.com.
 
5. Please submit the following forms to: Rodeo Austin - Competitive Events Dept., 9100 Decker Lake Rd., Austin, TX 78724. Gold Stirrup Stall Requirements Form, Online Entry Receipt, Waiver of Liability Form for each rider and club volunteer, and a Medical Release Form for each exhibitor.
 All entry forms must be posted marked on or before February 1st.
 
Online Entry for Open Livestock Show Exhibitors
1. To log in as an exhibitor: In the top right-hand corner of the Home Screen, click the blue button "Sign In." Log in as an exhibitor to begin the entry process. Even if you have participated at Rodeo Austin in previous years, enter as a “new exhibitor.”
 
2. Complete the following registration information and click continue at the bottom.
